Tender Description

Supply is to be staged across two tranches:

  1. Tranche One: supply and installation of specialist exhibition lighting hardware associated with showcase joinery from May 2025, with some integration with Joinery contractors prior
  2. Tranche Two: supply only ‘day one’ lighting hardware, where applicable, to act as mitigation to breakages during installation from February 2025, and spares to support the overall lighting plan.

Further details of the Requirement are set out in Appendix 1 to Schedule 1—Detailed Requirement.

Tenderers must offer to provide either:

  • the entire Requirement described in this RFT
  • or a part or parts of the Requirement specified in Schedule 1 - Statement of Requirements
