This REOI is for the design, procurement, implementation, testing and commissioning of a new cloud-based Maintenance Management System (MMS) for AOR to deliver the facilities and rolling stock asset management responsibilities.

AOR has chosen the IBM Maximo Application Suite ("MAS") as its MMS. MAS should be implemented as a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS"), with add-on module of MAS Mobile as an option.

AOR requires having both a Testing and Training environment as well as a production environment for both the facilities and rolling stock elements of the new MAS.
