Tender Description
The Contractor is required to supply and perform all services and works necessary and incidental to:
a) Detailed design and construction of utility services per the Stages for the Service Corridors including management of the Site, and all necessary supervision and interface coordination with Subcontractors and other stakeholders, including, but not limited to, internal and external service providers and Other Contractors;
b) Commission, certify and handover of the Service Corridors to the Principal; and
c) Review and revalidate the Preliminary Design and requirements of all drawings, specifications and reports, including additional references therein or other documents provided by the Principal, in or under the Contract. However, the Contractor can submit complete data on proposed materials/components for use for review and acceptance by the Principal prior to their supply and/or installation.

Supplier is required to have 5 years’ experience in the Construction of Public Utilities.

Issue of RFT (AusTender): 6 September 2024
Single day Site Visit/Industry Briefing: 19 September 2024
Closing date for clarifications: 25 September 2024
ANSTO response to clarifications: 1 October 2024
Evaluation 29 October 2024
