Defence is in the planning phase for the Australian Defence contracted Health System (ADCHS) procurement and is conducting industry engagement to inform the development of an appropriate procurement and contracting strategy that meets the enterprise and ADCHS objectives, which includes but is not limited to:

The Annexes (A1 and A2) to the Conditions of RFI are classified as Official: Sensitive. These Annexes contain the Commonwealth's Confidential Information for the purposes of the RFI and are only available via an AusTender Data Room.
In accordance with clause 5.2.3 of the Conditions of RFI, to access these documents, respondents (and any entity the respondent is partnering with in a response and proposes to share the information with) (respondent’s partners) will need to complete and return to the Contact Officer an executed Deed Poll of Confidentiality in accordance with the requirements set out in the Conditions of RFI.
