Tender Description
Central Coast Council has undertaken a Master Plan for the Dial Range Mountain Bike area in Penguin, Tasmania.
Part of the Master Plan is constructing a new eco-friendly toilet building and ancillary works adjacent to Montgomery Road, Penguin. The ancillary works include a mountain bike servicing/washdown area, an accessible car park, and the necessary services to operate the building.
