The Shire of Toodyay is offering the following abandoned vehicles for sale

Conditions of Sale: The abandoned vehicles are being sold on “as is – where is” basis. No guarantees or warranty provided. Highest bidder will take ownership of vehicle. Photographs of the vehicles are available on the Shire of Toodyay website www.toodyay.wa.gov.au.

Written offers for purchase are required for all abandoned vehicles and can be made by stating your name, contact details, vehicle and offer to the Manager of Development and Regulation, Shire of Toodyay, PO Box 96 Toodyay 6566 or records@toodyay.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm on 27 September 2024.

Vehicles will be available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Depot, 335 Railway Road. Toodyay - Wednesday 11th, 18th & 25th September 2024 - 10am to 12noon by appointment only. Please contact Development Services 9574 9340 to book an inspection.

Vehicles

The abandoned vehicles are being sold on a “As is – where is” Basis. No guarantees or warranty provided.

Bidding

Email or post your bid to PO Box 96, Toodyay WA 6566 or records@toodyay.wa.gov.au stating:

• Phone Number.
• Vehicle you are bidding for.
• Bid amount.

One bid only permitted per vehicle & highest bidder takes ownership.

Inspection

Vehicles will be available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Depot, 335 Railway Road. Toodyay

• Wednesday 11th, 18th & 25th September 2024 - 10am to 12noon by appointment only.

Purchase

You will be notified if your bid has been successful. An invoice will be forwarded to you for payment of the abandoned vehicle.

Collection

Once funds have cleared, you can pick-up your vehicle. You will be sent the item's location information with pickup times; make sure you bring a copy of your winner’s e-mail/invoice and photo identification.

Please ensure you collect your car on the nominated day(s). If you intend to send a third party to collect your vehicle, they will need a copy of your paid invoice and Signed Note of Authority permitting Shire of Toodyay staff to release your purchases to the third party.
