Council is seeking Tenders to appoint an innovative and customer focused Contractor that has community health and wellbeing at its heart for the management and operation of the Major Recreation Facilities located across Cardinia Shire. The Facilities include Cardinia Life in Pakenham, Officer Community Hub, Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre, Pakenham Outdoor Pool, Garfield Outdoor Pool, Emerald Lake Paddling Pool and Koo Wee Rup Outdoor Pool.

The Contract will be for an initial period of four (4) years, with two (2) options for extension of three (3) years each.
