The provision of a quality assured contract for the Carpark Upgrade and Access Road Construction, Carrington Park Reserve, Knoxfield.

This contract includes the following parts:

Part A – Western Carpark (Entry from O’Connor Road);

Part B – Tennis/Scout Carpark (Entry from Allister Close);

Part C – Access Road;

Tenderers are requested to price this tender as set out in the schedules to allow Council to award the tender as one package.

Tenderers shall provide an indicative Works Program that adequately reflects their intentions to deliver this project within the budget limitations outlined above. Tenderers should be aware that Part C is to be prioritised and followed by Part A and/or Part B works. Tenderers should also program the works in such way that Part A and B are not to be fully closed to the reserve users.

Tenderers for this project are to be pre-qualified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.
