The Department of Transport & Main Roads (TMR) is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate (if shortlisted) in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement process to design and construct the Gateway to Bruce Upgrade Project (CN-22779 and CN-22785).

The Gateway to Bruce Upgrade Project (G2BU) is a component of the wider Gateway Motorway and Bruce Highway Upgrade planning project (GMBHU) and is funded from the following two QTRIP projects.

• 1510417 - Gateway Motorway, Bracken Ridge to Pine River upgrade (GBP)
• 1509103 - Bruce Highway, Gateway Motorway to Dohles Rocks Road upgrade (Stage 1) (BGD (Stage 1)).

Organisations having the prequalification levels of R5/B4/A4 & F150+ with Austroads and DTMR's Consultant for Engineering Projects levels of BD3, GE3, HE3, HD3, ITS3 and TE3 are welcome to submit their interest.

Please note that the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2023 includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate, Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry, Queensland Government Best Practice Principles, Australian Government Building and Construction Industry WHS Accreditation Scheme and QLD Charter for Local Content apply to this project.
