This Request for Tender (RFT) relates to the provision of Media Monitoring Services to service approximately 150 Victorian Government departments, agencies, and entities.

The scope of this RFT includes:

• Supply of broadcast, print, online and social media monitoring, including an insights dashboard
• Equipment and environment services
• Design and management of a streamlined, well-integrated web portal and mobile application to search, view and deliver media
• Transition requirements
• Support services
• Incident resolution
• Maintenance services.

The outcome of this tender will be a sole supplier under the State’s newly established Media Monitoring Services State Purchase Contract.
