Principal is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of suitable daycare provider to invest in and upgrade the occupied premises located at LOT 14868 Jutland Parade, Dalkeith WA 6009 ('The Premises'). The service supplier must be a suitably qualified and experienced daycare provider who has demonstrated an ability successful operate early childhood education facilities.

The premises known as Point Resolution Childcare Centre at this stage that has serious constraints and deficiencies due to old age including infrastructure and operation which prevents the delivery of state and nationally accredited compliant childcare. The decision was made to vacate PRCC on 9 Oct 2024 and seek a new suitable daycare provider with intention to invest and improve shortcomings.
