Junee Shire Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a tender for the annual road stabilisation works (part service). This also includes requesting that existing tenderers resubmit their new rates for the service they offer to council.

Services requested are:

• Pulverisation of road pavement

• Binder supply and application

All works are to be carried out to Austroads, relevant Australian Standards and TfNSW Specifications and comply with current NSW Regulations for Work Health and Safety.

Evidence of compliance is required for all works prior to commencement.

The successful Contractor shall be required to hold and maintain suitable Public Liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, plant insurances, and all other relevant insurances.

The contract will be initially signed for one year. Council may extend the agreement up to two occurrences, for another one-year period, based on the assessment outcome of contractor’s/supplier’s performance, provision of the appropriate insurances and the rates at the end of each financial year.

Junee Shire Council reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations.
