The South Australian Housing Trust (the Trust) requires labour hire services involved within the Transitional Accommodation Centres (TACs) in Ceduna and Port Augusta. These are critical accommodation services offered to Aboriginal peoples in South Australia. Aboriginal peoples travel from remote communities to regional and metropolitan locations for a range of reasons, including access to services that have become centralized, social, kinship, and cultural obligations.
