Tender Description
A remedial Action Plan for Res 42502 has been prepared by SERS and outlines the requirements to remediate site 42502. All works are to be carried out in accordance with the Remedial Action Plan (RAP)
As a summary, the works include but are not necessarily limited to:
• Soil removal of the locations that exceeded the HILS: the process will eliminate the potential exposure of people to soil contaminated with concentration of lead.
• ACMs removal through soil screening: this process will eliminate the potential exposure of people to airborne asbestos fibres
• Phytoremediation of the areas that exceeded the EILs: this process will eliminate the potential degradation of the ecosystem due to the high concentrations of metal in soil
