The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking to establish a panel of reputable, competent, suitably qualified and experienced contractors that can support the Shire with its road construction works on an as and when required basis, depending on the development, maintenance and upgrading of roads in the Shire of Coolgardie.

The scope of works include the provision on an as and when required basis:

1. Supply and/or deliver gravel and/or roadbase to various locations in and around the town sites of Coolgardie and Kambalda;
2. Road repairs, maintenance and upgrades;
3. General road construction works;
4. Related support for maintenance, upgrade and/or new works;
5. Miscellaneous requirements with respect to its annual road works program.

Road design would generally be managed by the Shire.

The Shire's road projects are at various locations throughout the Shire.

Once the panel is established, quotations will be sought from panel members on a project to project basis.
