North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified agencies, organizations or individuals (Contractors) to undertake a detailed review of the flood warning systems available to the various communities in the Loddon River catchment. This will include an assessment of existing total flood warning systems (TFWS). Improvements will be identified and prioritised to inform fit-for-purpose total flood warning systems to service at-risk communities. A report will be produced outlining existing TFWS, detailing the recommendations for improvement and an implementation plan, including priorities, roles, and accountabilities for each action.

The question period relevant to this brief will commence on Tuesday 10th September 2024, and conclude on Friday 11th October 2024. Submissions will close at 2pm on Friday 18th October 2024.
