Project goals

Early investment in digital telecommunications infrastructure in Bradfield City Centre is critical for servicing mixed use development, providing high quality digital services and creating a world-class public domain.

Scope

This RFP (known as Stage 2A to align with the BDA’s Enabling Works), consists of:

· a Pit and Pipe Network (~18km)

· a Communications Centre Cold Shell and Roof Space (300m2 basement and 100m2 rooftop) within Building 2, being delivered by the BDA due in 2026/27 (optional)

· a Multi-Function Poles Network (93) with power and fibre provisioned to their footplate.
