Suburban Land Agency (SLA) is seeking to appoint an experienced Consultant, to lead, coordinate, and manage a multi-discipline design consultancy team to deliver design and approval services including but not limited to land subdivision, infrastructure services and public realm design for the Causeway Precinct, Kingston – East Lake Urban Renewal Area.

This Request for Tender contains confidential information, and the suppliers are advised of the two tender boxes as follows:

The documents relevant to the project and the preparation of Tenders will be released to Tenderers only upon the execution of Deed Poll of Confidentiality and Conflict Form (Attachment G) found on DOC-PISL0004878 by the Tenderer and return to Tenders ACT.

Once the form is received, the Territory will provide the relevant documents to the Tenderer via Tenders Act’s tender box PISL0004878.
