The City of Sydney ("the City") invites Requests for Tender for engineering and landscape architectural design consultancy services for the North Alexandria Precinct, Alexandria in accordance with this request.

The North Alexandria Precinct covers an area of approximately 34 hectares bound by Wyndham, Bowden, McEvoy, Botany and O'Riordan Streets. The site is bordered by the suburbs of Waterloo, Erskineville, Zetland, Beaconsfield and Alexandria.

Note: any proposed contract amendments need to be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to the Closing Date of the RFQ for consideration by the City.
