SERVICE REQUIRED

Northern Beaches Council is seeking tender submissions from qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to obtain a licence for operating and fitting out the cafe at the Manly Visitor Information Centre, located at Manly Wharf Forecourt, part of Lot 7010 DP 1074609.

The proposed licence, which covers an area of approximately 8.75m² both internally and externally, will be granted for an initial term of five years with an option to extend for an additional five years at the licensee's discretion. The successful Tenderer will have the opportunity to set up and begin trading using their own equipment.

SITE BRIEFING

A Site briefing will be held on Thursday 19 September 2024 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Respondents should ensure they review all documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing.

LODGEMENT

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
