The purpose of this approach to market is to seek a suitable ITSA with strong skills in policy to continue to deliver the ARC's uplift of Cyber Security, on site at the Agency’s Canberra office. This person will assist and work closely with the Agency’s CISO, CSO and the Agency Security Advisor.

The functions of the ITSA will include the following (but are not limited to):

1. Assist in the delivery of the ARC's Cyber Security uplift, addressing the outcomes of assessments conducted earlier in the year.
2. Assist the CSO/CISO with the development of the Agency’s ICT security strategy, plans, policies and procedures.
3. Assist in the Governance of Cyber Security in the ARC including attending meetings to inform senior management of Cyber Security initiatives.
4. Assist ICT personnel respond to and/or manage ICT security incidents.
5. Contribute to the development of the ARC's Cyber Security Incident Response plan and associated documentation.
6. Coordinate a range of ICT audits and system certification activities

The engagement is for 3 months with an option to extend for a further 3 months if required.
