This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
A planned Machinery of Government (MoG) change will see responsibility of certain Registry services return to ASIC from the ATO.
The ATO implemented a Genesys Contact Centre solution to support the planned transition of services under the original MoBR scope. Expertise with day-to-day operations of the Genesys platform resides entirely within the ATO.
To support services returning from the ATO, ASIC have established the Registry Connect program. This program will be responsible for returning all affected services and staff back into ASIC.
Under this program of work is the MOG Site Establishment and User Migration project, responsible for establishing the services required in Traralgon in order to migrate all user accounts and data to ASIC.
This requirement for a Network Engineer Resource is defined in the SOR RegistryConnect Traralgon Site Establishment.
