Alpine Resorts Victoria - Mt Stirling Alpine Resort is a popular destination in summer for 4WDing, biking and walking, then snowy activities in winter.

Our operational buildings are exposed to the alpine environment including freezing winters and hot summers. This has proven to be harsh for exposed building elements including paint coatings and claddings.

This tender opportunity includes 3 buildings within the Mt Stirling Alpine Resort:

1. Bluff Spur Hut Floor Replacement,
2. GGS Toilet Floor Replacement,
3. Cricket Pitch Toilet Floor Replacement.

The works of Building Floor Replacements include, but not limited to, removal of old, sealing and placement of new materials to ensure buildings remain weatherproof.

Site access is restricted requiring 4WD tracks to reach the three work sites. Access timing will be agreed to with the ARV through locked gates.

The contract is expected to be awarded in October 2024. Works are required to commence no later than 1 February 2025 and be complete by 30 March 2025. The Organisation has no tolerance for works being delayed past 1 April 2025 due to the prevailing alpine weather conditions.
