Tender Description

Ministry of Justice | Te Tāhū o te Ture (the Ministry) has released this Request for Information (RFI) regarding the future delivery of Communication Assistance (“the Service”).

The Ministry wants to understand the market and gain feedback on the current model of delivery to increase efficiencies within the Service. We want to hear from organisations with expertise in communication assistance or speech language therapy. Please note that you do not have to be interested in delivering the Service to respond to this RFI.

We are looking to understand:

• Who may be interested in the delivering the Service

• What geographical breakdown providers can or want to deliver to

• What changes may be beneficial to future delivery of the Service

The information/Responses from this RFI will not be used to appoint, or shortlist for appointment, any person or organisation as a preferred provider, nor will it be used to confer any advantage or disadvantage on any party who makes a Response or any party who does not make a Response. The Ministry may seek further information about service offerings from providers who respond to the RFI. The information will help us shape our requirements for the delivery of the Service in the future and may inform our procurement approach.

Please download the documents for further information.
