The Shire of Carnarvon, on behalf of the Shires of Exmouth, Shark Bay, and Upper Gascoyne, is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to develop the Gascoyne Regional Arts Plan ("The Plan"). This strategic document will be developed through collaboration with the four Shires, the Gascoyne Development Commission (GDC), and key stakeholders from the community-based arts and culture sector.

The Plan aims to identify service providers in the region, address current gaps, and highlight opportunities for further development of the Gascoyne's arts and culture sector. It will also provide actionable recommendations to strengthen the sector's growth. Additionally, The Plan will be graphically designed to effectively promote the region and showcase its vibrant arts and culture offerings.

Consultants with previous experience in creating regional arts and culture strategies are encouraged to apply, though this experience is not essential.
