The National Gallery of Australia (the National Gallery) is seeking a partner to provide the following services:

· Provision of the National Gallery’s laptop fleet, including both Windows Laptops and Apple laptop devices (if possible)

· Installation of the National Gallery’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE) image to these devices

· Commission devices using the agreed MDM solution

· Storage of devices

· Delivery of new or replacement devices to the National Gallery locations

· Device maintenance

· Pick up and disposal of devices no longer required (sustainability requirements)

· On-site support for installation and set-up of devices for moves or large deployments
