The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake Footpath construction works at Denmark WA 6333.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Shire’s E-Tendering portal .

Site Briefing

There will be a non-mandatory site briefing on Wednesday 25th September 2024 at 10.00am

Lodgement:

It is the Shire of Denmark’s preferred method that the Tender submission be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal .However, submissions may alternatively be delivered by hand in accordance with the request document instructions.

The lowest price or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.

Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
