This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites you to submit a proposal to operate a carnival from Black Beach Reserve, Kiama over the Christmas/New Year period of 2025/2026.

Council staff are not able to respond to verbal or other email enquiries in relation to this EOI.

Potential applicants are required to undertake their own due diligence in respect of their submission.

Closing date and time:

Your EOI must be lodged no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday, 19 September 2024.

An EOI review panel will assess the EOI submissions based on an assessment criteria.

The successful applicants will be invited to enter into a licence agreement with Council for a term of three years.

Unsuccessful EOI submissions will be notified.
