Tender Description
Development Victoria is seeking responses to this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the HSE Event Management Tool project (Project).
The online HSE Event Management Tool application will reduce duplication in administrative burden and provide greater visibility, accuracy and control of inductions, incidents and other Health Safety and Environment (HSE) events.
The vendor will be required to:
- Provide an online tool for performance, recording and reporting of inductions for Development Victoria and its Projects.
- Provide an online tool for recording, investigating, actioning, analysis and reporting of various incidents and other Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and other events.
- Provide an online tool for the planning, performance, recording, actioning and close out of audit and inspection activities, as well as analysing and reporting on audit performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure ongoing availability of online tool.
The term of the agreement is expected to be for a three-year period, beginning upon execution of the agreement.
