Tender Description

OHPSA are preparing to engage an organisation to be the Hydrogen Jobs Plan (HJP) Program’s Program Management Contractor (PMC) and a Principal Contractor (PC). As the ECI phase has progressed and scope and execution planning have gained more visibility OHPSA have determined the requirement for a PMC and PC (PMC+PC) to ensure the program is well planned, coordinated and delivered. It is expected that the PMC+PC roles will be performed by the same contractor.

Procurement Objectives

  • Engage a Supplier to undertake the required activities for the project in the required timeframe
  • Contract with one supplier to deliver the full range of required services, and
  • Retain control of delivery as required
