Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake remediation of four short span road bridges in Marrickville in accordance with the works set out in the documents prepared by consultants BG&E and dated June 2024:
i. Le Clos Lane Bridge, Marrickville Works Summary Report Version B, excluding Section 5.1 Load Limit Signage
ii. Silver Street Bridge, Marrickville Works Summary Report
iii. Garners Ave Bridge, Marrickville Works Summary Report
iv. Victoria Road Bridge, Marrickville Works Summary Report
The works include the following:
- Concrete spall repair
- Concrete crack repair
- Corrosion treatment to structural steel and pipework
- Steel fence repair
- Asphalt pavement crack repair
- Vegetation removal
