The Huon Valley Council is calling for Tenders for the provision of Internal Cleaning Services, Huon Valley Council Buildings, Huonville for a one (1) plus two (2) years term.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

A briefing is offered to tenderers and will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 19th September 2024 at 40 Main Street, Huonville. Attendance is not compulsory. Please confirm with the contact person Gerard Brereton, gbrereton@huonvalley.tas.gov.au your attendance at this meeting.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the Huon Valley Council's Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. 

When lodging a Tender via the Huon Valley Council's Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE HUON VALLEY COUNCIL  PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the Huon Valley Council office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
