Tender Description
The City of Fremantle is seeking the submission of a lump sum quote from qualified heritage building contractors to deliver building restoration services to the (former) Fowlers Warehouse located at 38 to 40 Henry Street Fremantle.
The works consist of three sections, Base Works and two optional portions, to be completed concurrently, as follows:
Base Works
- Comprised of structural facade support works, roof drainage and waterproofing and partial roof safety systems.
Additional Scope Options
- Additional Scope 1: Comprised of lintel replacements, crack repairs and masonry conservation.
- Additional Scope 2: Comprised of additional roof drainage, roof safety system, window and general refurbishments
