Belmont 16s seek expressions of interest for a catering supplier for their iconic waterfront dining destination.

The Club, a premier waterfront destination on the shores of Lake Macquarie has recently undergone a major renovation, further enhancing it's position as a leading social and entertainment venue in NSW. With a thriving membership of over 40,000, Belmont 16s Sailing Club offers an exciting opportunity to independently operate a prime casual dining space within it's iconic clubhouse.

The dining space offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Lake Macquarie, enhancing the dining experience for up to 130 seated patrons in 300 square metres of floor area designed to accommodate various dining concepts. The space can be tailored to suit a range of culinary styles and operational needs.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from leading casual dining operators who have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in stunning locations.

The successful operator will have the following attributes:

* Concept: Bring a distinctive dining concept that complements the club's existing offerings

* Proven track record in managing successful high-volume operations

* Vision: be able to e input into the fit-out and kitchen areas,

allowing you to tailor the space to your operational needs and brand identity.
