Tender Description
Central Carpark Amenities is a public toilet facility located on 35-47 Neil Street TOOWOOMBA CITY QLD 4350. As part of 24/25 Capital Works Program, Council requires the demolition and replacement of the existing public toilet amenities facility.
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors to undertake design, design coordination and construction of the new toilet amenities facilities at Central Carpark including demolition of the existing building and obtaining all necessary approvals
