Tender Description

Refurbishment of the Hamilton Office accommodation to address accessible standards requirements, remove asbestos, increase usability of the office space and refresh and improve the amenity of the office accommodation. This includes:

  • Removal of Asbestos throughout the building.
  • Improve front entry access in line with AS1428.1.
  • Demolish and construct new external stairs.
  • Upgrade front reception.
  • Expand and refurbish the kitchen spaces.
  • Modification of current Board Room, Printer room and Office for larger open office accommodation.
  • Replacement of flooring and repaint throughout.
  • Refurbish existing bathrooms and install change room and shower.
  • Replan Executive Offices.
