Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for a Stage 4, St Ann's Primary Catholic, Redbank Plains.

This phase includes the construction of a new building, an extension to the existing administration block, and associated site works, such as a carpark extension.

The new building works include GLA facilities, accompanying site works include landscaping and extension of existing carpark.

The contractor is to have capacity for construction at the end of 2024.

This project has an approximate construction value of $4 million. A tender panel will be selected from the names registered, capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by 20th September 2024 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
