Tender Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Services is calling submissions for the internal refurbishment of Stage 2B, Level 6 within the Parliamentary Annexe building.
The works generally involve the design, construction refurbishment, and completion of office spaces on Level 6.
Tender submissions will be accepted from Contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2, Quality Assurance, Insurances and an open QBCC Builders Licence. The project will be procured under a Design & Construct AS4300 contract.
