The ACT Government is moving to a more contemporary human resource (HR) and payroll capability, supporting an employee base of approximately 32,000 people on a permanent, temporary or casual basis.

This modernisation involves several phases of work to upgrade existing HR and payroll systems, modernise the reporting platform, replace the ‘Rator’ systems, design a new Whole of Government time and attendance solution and integrate with the existing HR and payroll systems.

The Buyer is seeking a Solution Integration Partner that has experience implementing complex programs with diverse stakeholders and requirements, including managing other vendors involved in an upgrade or new implementation.
