Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking a contractor with skills and experience in the design of surveys and scoring rubrics, the analysis of survey data, developing maturity models and creating actionable insights from survey results.

Key skills and attributes:

• Survey Design - ability to design and build survey questions and a scoring rubric that are targeted towards government agencies and meet policy outcomes. Survey questions will be added to an existing data collection mechanism.
• Insightful – able to identify insights and trends from proposed data and translate results into ‘so what does this mean’ for senior executive and Ministers.
• Impactful - ability to build a digital maturity model to allow survey results to be plotted and reported on.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to tell the story of the data in clear and concise written and verbal advice, tailored to the appropriate audience, including Minister’s Office and Senior Executive.
• Adaptable – willing to take on any task to ensure outcomes are met.
• User focused – seek to understand the users and stakeholders within the eco-system.
• Comfortable with ambiguity – accepting that you will not have all of the answers all of the time and be able to sit with ambiguity and propose processes for gaining clarity and certainty.
• Collaborative – be willing to work with others to achieve your outcome, sharing work early and often to ensure deliverables are on track. There will be a requirement to build the capability of team members as the work is progressing.
