AMSA seeks to procure professional services to refine and enhance its current activity-based costing (ABC) model. The objective of this engagement is to identify and establish efficient costs of service delivery of AMSA’s activity outputs under the Australian Government's Cost Recovery Policy. This includes using accurate staff effort and volumetric data, use of cost pools, and validation of cost drivers, with timesheet data capture.

The successful contractor will partner closely with AMSA to ensure a collaborative approach and successful delivery of the services.
