Falls Creek Alpine Resort (FCAR) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced orgainisation to execute an upgrade of the Visitor Information Centre (VIC) building on Slalom Street, Falls Creek. These works would involve converting the current space from a public day shelter to the VIC and then converting the existing VIC into more office space.
These works include but is not limited to:
- Mobilisation & Site Set up
- Removal and disposal of current internal fittings and furniture as per demolition specificaitons
- Electrical and plumbing disconnection, isolation and removal as required
- Internal fit out as per drawings and specifications
- All furniture, equipment and fittings as per schedule
- Removal of all waste, surplus materials and disposal off mountain
