Tender Description
Falls Creek Alpine Resort (FCAR) is a statutory authority established under the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997. FCAR is responsible for the development, management and promotion of Falls Creek Alpine Resort.
FCAR provides a range of services to the Resort designed to:
- enhance the guest experience to the Resort; and
- support the commercial operation of the Resort.
Since 2013, FCAR has developed over 50km of high-quality machine built single track mountain biking trail within the resort as part of enhancing the summer activation. Further detail on the current network can be found here https://www.fallscreek.com.au/summer/mtb/
FCAR is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to execute the construction of a single 1.8km downhill trail compliant with UCI standards.
