The City of Cockburn is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the revetment and edge wall repairs in Port Coogee Marina and Catherine Point Groyne as per the supplied reference design and specifications.

The tasks described in this specification (‘the Works’) are to be undertaken for the City of Cockburn (‘the Principal’) by the successful tenderer (‘the Contractor’). The Works have been separated into two components for the purpose of detailed description and specification:

• Rock Revetment Repairs and Edge Wall Repairs at Port Coogee; and

• Rock Revetment Repairs at Catherine Point Groyne.

The Contractor shall become familiar with all the drawings and all clauses of the complete specification and conditions of the contract which may affect the Works.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the setting out of the Works in accordance with supplied drawings and survey details and shall verify all levels and dimensions on site.

 The Contract is expected to be awarded in November 2024 with the start date to be confirmed. The timeframe for the works is expected to be between eight (8) and twelve (12) weeks. The works will be conducted between November 2024 and January 2025 or between mid-March 2025 to the end of May 2025.
