Tender Description

Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced civil construction contractors for the procurement of the proposed works and services as outlined below. This Tender is for the design finalisation and construction of an extension to the existing playing fields at the Picton Sportsground Precinct to accommodate additional sports facilities to support the growing communities around Picton.

The works will deliver the following outcomes;

1. Confirmation of all sports field layouts across the whole of the sports ground
2. 1 x Additional Soccer Pitch
3. 1 x Synthetic Cricket Wicket and Cricket Ground
4. 3 x Oz tag Fields (a mix of formalised and non-formalised)
5. Upgraded sports field lighting to provide 100 lux coverage to all playing fields
