The Balonne Shire Council (Principle) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the purchase and removal of the House located at 33 Grey Street, St George.

It is essential that tender submissions meet the Principal's requirements of the House removal and provide sound methodology which includes how the site will be safely managed with pedestrian traffic and vehicle access. It is mandatory for the Contractor to submit Response Schedule H - Methodology to ensure a conforming tender submission. This Scope of Works also sets out the expectations of how the Site will be left following the removal of the House.
