OVERVIEW: Welcome to the University of Sydney tender for the provision of AV Maintenance Services. The key business objective for this RFP is to identify a suitable AV maintenance service provider with the capabilities and resources to meet the University's requirements adequately.

Located in Sydney, New South Wales, it is known for its stunning Camperdown/Darlington campus, which features the iconic Quadrangle offering state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities.
ABOUT THE RFP: The university has various audiovisual (AV) capabilities, including classroom technology, lecture capture, video conferencing, digital signage, media production studios, labs, theaters, meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces. These AV services are crucial for facilitating communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the academic community. The university relies on third-party service providers to support various AV capabilities across the campus, including maintenance, urgent break-fix work, cabling and electrical work, infrastructure maintenance, installation and integration tasks, asset stocktakes, projector screen repairs, ewaste disposal, and more.
