The Queensland Government on behalf of the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) is seeking Registration of Interest (ROI) from interested Participants who have the necessary prerequisites to participate in the procurement process and are suitably registered under the Prequalification System (PQC) in relation to a tender process, followed by the provision of Building Contractor services for the project/s as specified in this ROI document.

The purpose of this ROI is to:

1. To communicate with industry of the pending release of this request for offer
2. gauge market interest and capacity
3. illustrate the available flexibility in terms of delivery methods given the Projects’ geographical location

The projects detailed in this ROI for Building Contractor Services are:

• HIQ690 Moura Multipurpose Health Service Aged Care Expansion; and
• HIQ660 Woorabinda Multipurpose Health Service Aged Care Expansion.
