Supply of Pest Management Services for rolling stock maintenance centres, stabling yards and rolling stock.

Project goals

Sydney Trains are seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply of pest management services at the various Sydney Trains Fleet Maintenance Depots and Stabling Yards. The services include on-train Pest Management Services when the trains are being maintained at the maintenance centres. The Fleet Maintenance locations are spread across a large geographical area and suppliers may bid for work across various regions. The intention is to establish a panel of suppliers for an initial term of 3 years with extension options up to 4 Years.

Scope

The services primarily include:

1. Routine services

Work with Sydney Trains in developing a Pest Management Plan for each site and then support delivery of those services to ensure pests are being managed appropriately

2. Ad-hoc Services

Emergency Call-outs (24/7)

Non-urgent works and

Next day services on request

 3. Rolling Stock Services (Fleets maintained by Sydney Trains)
