Tender Description
Central Coast Council is seeking tenders for an integrated Digital Signage Management System to integrate into Council's existing screen network, both interactive and non-interactive, that can deliver digital wayfinding, digital signage and art walls (static and active), livestream, free to air TV, public announcements, emergency warnings and venue information for Central Coast Council.
The contract will for period of up to five (5) years being an initial period of three (3) years with 2 x 1 year extension options based on council requirements and contractor performance.
- Year 1: Digital Signage Management System (DSMS) established with current assets; and
- Years 2 to 5: Ongoing Licencing and Support (and optional addition of venues as required).
